This happens when remote desktop protocol is not patched, Windows allow only 2 simultaneous connection, maybe hostdzire make a clean installation or update OS and forgot patch again.

What is Not oversell in your definition? Actually if the resource usage is fine, it is fine.
The CAL is expired so they need to re-issue it. Nothing else.

Issue was fixed, yes that error came due to rdp license.

Made ticket for same ? it works instant mostly, sometimes fails due to stock or payment issue.

It was you mistake sir, you ordered vps with linux and expecting it to work like rdp.
It never said windows while ordering.

Anyway your issue was fixed using ticket, you got refund.

Very good RDP. I use an ENCODE RDP and the encode speeds its very fast with mine settings! The up-time its very great! I have it 6 months and never have problem - only 1 time when have some important upgrades for some hours.
