their service is fucked up lately ... a lot of program not working like mozila , chrome and thumbnailme and most of the pre-installed encoding program not working or work with errors!

pro: good hardware
cons: overselling (too many users), harddisk very slow because it's not dedicated

I'm using 300gb encoding plan

25 users active in 1 server? And 8 user in one harddisk? Come on, man :/

Compare with others once and let me know if you get better performance, encoding speed etc.
I will offer better for sure.

I accept rdp was not working good recently that's the main reason we did maintenance.

And its not one hard disk, its hardware raid configured disk for better read/write speed.

Dear, we dont have like 4-5 server :)
We had planned maintenance on ultra fast rdp servers.
We emailed everyone then started it, but you know there are some user who always need rdp so they are in hurry.
Dont worry, everything is fine.

Now we are doing maintenance in Encoding Rdp and we are doing just like we did in ultra fast rdp.
1. We will email before starting maintenance
2. We will do maintenance which may take time, like 12 hours or less or more we cant give fix time.
3. After it will be complete we will email everyone as always.

In our first message you say you need 30 min max to fix it and now you say this

This will be last Maintenance after that everything will be live and no more issues.

Also every time you make a Maintnanre and we wait a lot hours THEN need to setup AGAIN and AGAIN the apps and everything to the server! Jesus!

Guys HostDzire are working on server to give us a better service, other RDP providers don't even perform maintenance on their servers.
I know this service is necessary to do our job, but let HostDzire do his job and remember why we chose HostDzire and not others (Support/Performance/Hardware/Speed)
 
I cant believe how the 30 minutes can be 7 hours :hrhr: Realy i have a lot nerves. In 4 days only 2 days can work! Yesterday i pay for my next month!
They dont do it this for us! They do it this for him! Add more huge SSD for peoples to want to PAY for more GB about SSDs. Not for free! Its logican because is their bussines! But dont say they do it that for us! They stuck as for second time in 4 days and we cant work!

Me, You and other 50 - 100 - 200 user and i dont know how many users they have we buy server because we need it! We need encode we need Download and Upload because WE NEED IT! I can talk about me and i can say my server is very important for me! VERY VERY important! Without server i lost some moneys every hour when the server is down! But they take the moneys from as fine! 7 hours is a lot hours its not 30 min MAX like support guy say me!

Yes i know we cant found any other service to have this hardware about this moneys. And what mean this ? Need to have problem every month or week ?

Admin in skype say: We dont reply for 2-3 hours about to fix the 2nd Maintenance and after 12 hours nobody reply in skype or chat or ticket or here. Perfect. 1 day without work. Thaks again.

I am sorry but 2nd maintenance was done within 12 hours as i remember.
Till that all staff were busy so we were not accepting live chat, or replying in ticket related to server which was involved in maintenance.

Are you sure ? after maintenance disk overload issue got fixed, now load is balanced.

I am from HostDZire.com | Support Department.

I just checked and found you were overloading SATA disk. ( high disk I/O uses )
This kind of uses is not good good for sata disk, and it will cause problem for others.

But give you a solution.

We are replacing your 200GB SATA disk with 100GB SSD.
Also we are moving your data.

Your old disk was: D:\XXXX
Your new disk will be: L:\XXXX

So please use new disk from now.


Note: We are not charging anything, just did it to solve your issue and ours.
If you dont like it you may cancel rdp next month, because we will not allow this kind of uses in SATA disk.

UTorrent only active 2 file, Bittorent 15 files inactive. How can i overload the Hard Disk :wacko:
