Rdp service have instant activation.
If its not delivered means your invoice is not paid or we dont have stock.
Have you made any ticket for same ?

Yes i told you condition.
1. Invoice showing unpaid.
2. No stock.

So if we had no stock and you asked us using live chat, we added stock and delivered.
If invoice was unpaid, we checked payment manually and marked it paid
( webmoney have manual payment )
( paypal something doesn't update invoice automatically )

Did you made ticket for same ?
If so then send me ticket id using PM, because if you paid and made ticket then it should be delivered fast.
It don't just take 1 day for activation for payment issues, it may take if there is no stock but not when payment is not updated.

And you should know here in wjunction no one have instant activation :)
With us only webmoney takes time with others it will take time no matter what.

So believe me you are in good hands, you may try others next time i bet that you will not get details instantly even if you pay using paypal.

Is this plan come with shared connection, if yes then with how many?
Is the uplink is also 1Gbit?
 
"IP Address Removed by Staff" RDP server often has an FTP connection error
Error: The data connection could not be established: 10055

Does anyone have the same Erro like me?

i am getting also this error they are doing something changed in c drive thats the reason getting a lot errors about connection and downloading and uploading error

Sir,

Can you explain me why do you offer 32GB DDR3 RAM and 8 users per server on your Admin Encoding Rdp #1?

I'm currently in one and for my surprise today I my rdp are very slow because we're 12 users and we only have 16GB of RAM.

So... what are going on? If you say "Sir, we need to update our system specs in the website" it's fine. But do not offer things that you will not give :(

Do you have any ticket ID for same ?
We had 16GB/32GB RAM in order page before, for some server we had 16GB RAM and for some 32GB then we changed website and written 32GB RAM.
Right now we can see only 2 server have 16GB RAM, and we can upgrade ram for sure.

For no. of user per server we can check it, please open ticket and send me ticket ID using PM.
Its our side issue, so you don't have to worry about it just notify us and we will fix it.

Same here. I buy rdp which allow 12 user per server, but my rdp had 16 users. When i ask your support why have 16 they tell me "rdp now working fine", not why have 16 users.
