sir it was fixed for awhile and again same issue....3rdy day sir....and weekends days.....no access to rdp at all
 
@Host DZire you need to check on your support staff handling the tickets. From time to time the RDP I am in gets abused pretty bad, anything from CPU abuse to RAM abuse. And the support team handling the tickets are good at replying and what not, but when it comes to taking measures not so much. I know you can't ban all abusers for only abusing the RDP once, but when they do it constantly you need to get rid of them.
 
Like I said yesterday: Someone is abusing the RDP server again. It's the same person that did it abuse yesterday. Take some action because your going to lose your loyal customers like me. Been with your service for over 1 year and 6 months now, month to month. But I can't take all these abuses of the RDP that your support just let it slide like it's not big deal.

Great services but when someone abuses your services with high CPU you don't seem to take heavy action because they do it again and again.

I agree with dragos22 here.
