Looks like you are talking about cpu: 2 x Intel Deca-Core Xeon E5-2687W v3
That cpu cost upto 500 Euros

And you wont find any providers here who can provide even half powerful cpu than this but still they keep upto 15-20 users
While we have like 3 times more powerful cpu we still keep upto 20 users or more depends on plan

You should talk about speed, let us know if you facing any issue :) as more no of user should not bug you if speed is awesome right ?

how faster private encoding plans are, than shared ones? does it worth the +15 eur? I'd be glad to hear any personal experience

Speed of the Private Encoding RDP is horrible, even my home PC does better... and the only website I was planning to upload to has the rdp's IP address blacklisted already so the service is useless to me that way... (https://i.gyazo.com/d70f40bcce92be2ec5d6eff6014de6f3.gif)
and no it's not my task as a customer to get your banned IPs unbanned on some of the biggest websites... seriously...

I was not able to use the service to fulfill my needs so I asked for refund of course the support started to talk about all kinds of bullsh*t except sending me a refund... I've already requested a service cancellation (product ID 10371) and I stated that if I don't get a refund I'll ask PayZa for intervention... don't waste my time

Carp service, carp support.i talked to them before i buyed rdp & they said hitleap is allowed & i buyed from them.but a day ago they said they have banned me for using hitleap because it takes much processes.even when they've said its allowed.they did it wrong.
i talked to them again (using live chat) & he said to create ticket & i said ok...i created ticket & they replied with a reply that i am banned.i again gone & talked to live chat & live chat said to reply to ticket & i done it again.
Even their live support is online & there's no reply from there side.

I Don't recommend this host to anyone.their service is carp!

Better check your ticketing system for my tickets.even i asked you yesterday through live chat & you said to reply to ticket & i did it & there's no reply yet...

Even if our staff said heleap is allowed, you cant just run hundreds of process of that software and overload all server.
Doesnt matter if its browsers, of simple notepad, or any application, if it will overload server, we wont allow that.
