i buy server from this person from about 6 month and every month i pay the money and yestarday he suspend my server
and tell me because doss attack and i dont doing any dos attack and when i ask for my money banned me from him website
i pay the money in 15-4-2016 77 euro and he suspend my server in 22-4-2016 so i use the server only 6 days so i want 56 euro

We don't handle support request here, continue using ticket.
And if server will be used for attack/ddos etc, it will be suspended for sure. there is no refund if it get suspended for all this reasons.
If you got banned, then i am sure there was some serious reason behind it. as any company just dont suspend user account if he is clean

i buy dedicated server from you from 6 month ago and i dont doing any problem in your dedicated server
and If your words already sound and happened ddos attack I'm not doing this thing I have eight accounts on the server
I have shared with some friends probably one of this account doing this thing and i want only the rest of my days

Before delivery of the product claim refunds they refuse to deliver.
They refused to deliver the operating system requested.
