Still waiting server activation...
do not know why so long delay between order pay and using product...
And site is down right now.
And weekend is so close.
 
Im not able to login to my rdp today. After connecting with server 185.109.161.181 Windows login appers, which did not happen earlier since I was always logging with stored password. After entring my username and pass, I'm getting message stating that the account is currently locked and I can't log in. I cant add ticket, since your client area display "Down for Maintenance (Err 3) We are currently performing maintenance and will be back shortly".

Is it a general problem or only concerns my account? If so what is the reason?

I'm able to log into client area but the ticket system isn't working at the moment.. I'm getting this error message "Department Not Found. Exiting."
 
I'm a bit disappointed, I regarded them as professionals offering fast support, and here lack of any reaction.
I'm not able to use my rdp the whole day and no one cares.

Edit: I just got an email reply from live chat that I have to create a ticket. When I try to explain that there is no way to add tickets, I got same answer again and again.
I'm not sure whether these are bot replies, or is it someone who can not read with understanding.
