We have really powerful server now for Encoding Rdp.

Its like 5 Server ( E3-1230 ) :)

UPDATE: (2016.01.01)
HostDZire unilaterally decided to disable my account and refund me fully because I was using Wintrack again.
They admitted this tool is not banned or allowed.
Either way they unilaterally decided not to provide their service for me anymore.

I didn’t get any kind of warning.
If I got one I could have researched other RDP providers before purchasing.
Luckily they gave me a fair chance to backup the files.

Their unilateral decision is going to cause problems for me and set back my business schedule in few days.

Its kind of funny because when I asked for refund, they weren’t prepared to do it “no matter the reason”. They couldn’t go against their rules. Asking them to make an exception was like I asked them to murder someone.
But whenever it suits them, they can just break the agreement. There are no rules !! They don’t care about their rules !!

Its a serious problem when they break the agreement unilaterally when I didn't even violated any rules. (they said so themselves)
But as they refunded me fully, I think its good riddance.

If you ask me, its not very smart to buy from a Provider who doesn't care about rules, agreement. I was going to renew my slot, but after this, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I don’t plan on keep track of the replies I get for this. Potential buyers can understand my situation clearly by reading this Review too:

We will also add some rules in website to prevent this kind of issues.
Using portable application is ok, but asking for ip change if your portable application got banned in specific website
We just cant accept it.

All your issues happened because of that WinHTTrack was banned on your websites.
We cant allow that, As it was your main work and we had no rule to block that application
We issues refund so you can buy new rdp from another provider.

I m using Encoding Rdp #3 the last 40 days

Its current price is 35 euros but when i bought the plan, there was an offer and i have discount 50% for all months i will use the service, so i pay 17.5 euros/month plus payment fees. This price is amazing since the server is really fast and i can encode videos fast.

I have no downtimes as long as i m using the service and this is very important because i dont need stop my work.

But the most important thing in my opinion is the fact that Hostdzire has almost every moment a staff memeber in live chat who is ready to help in case i need help with something. This is the most important for me since i know i will have a fast reply when i need them.

I am very satisfied from the service and i have it in amazing price since i was lucky to get the offer when i got the RDP.

Could you please explain me why i paid for a Intel Xeon 2xE5-2420 with 10 users max, and you migrated me to a "better server (said by you)", with 19 users in the server?

The old server worked perfect to me, fast speed and great upload speed when in this server i took too much time to upload, because is not the same 1Gbps Full Duplex in 10 users instead 19 users.

The same situation with me, old server worked perfect but now RDP server need too much time to winrar files between 3 and 8 hours for winrar 50-70GB which is abnormally slow. This is not sporadic but a daily occurrence. CPU power is not a problem which can be seen when server encoded files but here is a problem with the hard drive because on the server has too many (20) people and some downloading files, some winrar files etc. so the hard drive works very slowly. Unfortunately, there is no help except to reduce the number of users per server. Here's a screenshot from which you can see that the time need for WinRAR 68GB is 3h and 20min

You Keep posting in wjunction thread and don't open ticket or contact us using other support method.
Why is that ? You did before 2 times too ? But never opened ticket ?

Are you worried ?

We are not God here ! we cant help you automatically without knowing your issues

Till now we got really good response from new server
Only few clients may not happy including you.

Maybe because your rdp have high load than others.
To check we need your account details and all this screenshots of test in ticket.
So we can check issue in details and give you solution

Posting here won't help unless we know your details.

Buy Rdp from a decent rdp provider ( with your choice ) And be happy
Just a tip when you buy from another provider, if you get any issue
Ask them in ticket or any other support method, don't just keep posting on their thread
As it won't help you for sure.

It doesn't have any promises, or any guarantee that we will keep max 20 Users
We may keep more, or low depends on server load or Type of Rdp Plans.

I did not ask for refund. I am a long time user and so far I've been very pleased with your service but now your servers become overloaded adding too many users and you say that you did upgrade. From my screenshots you can see that we get downgrade not upgrade.

As with your wjunction reply we cant just find which rdp servers have high load or speed issue right ?

But after you did same thing 2-3 times i had to find you, and i did and refunded you.

I recommend you to buy rdp from a decent rdp provider ( with your own findings )
And use it.
I am sure you will find it slower than our RDP.

There is no server problems. The problem is that in the old server we were 10 users and now we are 20 users with the same network speed (1gbps full duplex) because you migrated us to another "better server", and when I ordered this service, i choose your services because you offer me a rdp with 10 users max for 7,5€, that it was very rentable for me.

For now, I will use it until it ends (01/13) and i'll migrate to another rdp service.

My feedback for your service is bad. You didn't fulfill the contract i paid, because you migrated me to another worst rdp server without my authorization.

If you think you can take a look at this, I will open a ticket and maybe reach an agreement with you to continue using your service.
