Hostdzire, a Name you can trust for any services being sold.
I have been using their services since 2+ years, I keep on switching within their multiple RDP's

jaiprakash is online for almost 20 hours or more out of 24, i don't know how he manage to live without sleep as I need atleast 8-9 hours sleep and just in case he offline, then his support staff is online for giving resolution to the problem.
All tickets answered in approx 1 hours or less and rdp delivered in a couple of hours max. they keep a check on the issues and resolve.

Few days ago 1 of their server had a issue and I didn't need to inform them, next day my Inbox had new server details which shows their dedication towards work.

Highly recommended for everyone as they have full range, cheap to high end of all works

5/5 for all including Speed, Support and Quality.
 
Purchased a service from HostDZire several hours ago and im still waiting for get the login details or something.

Im asking... why you anounce INSTANT SETUP if not are?

Maybe some people like me only buy your service thinking that we go to have the server a few minutes later from payment but if that its not true.

Another thing, tried to talk with something via Skype, Chat etc... and are imposible.

In the chat nobody replies and Skype support not online.

And yes in Any vps plan we deliver vps instantly
I checked your vps was not delivered because we had no ip available.

But anyway i see you opened dispute already
So i refunded your payment and cancelled your order now.

Yesterday I buy 1 account Encoding RDP (6-8 user)
After login to my account, I find the something has wrong with the RDP.
Respond to call a programs slow, Download file need 4-6 sec to get the link download.

I check the resource and I find 1 user use all of RDP CPU resource.
I've contact the chat support and he said "It is NORMAL", sure I cant believe it. but after discussion, support do something and resource usage reduce to 20%.

And today, the cpu usage increased to 100%, it is because that user use all resource again.
I've contact the admin but I dont see any change until right now, so I cancel my RDP service.

For me, its not normal. and I can sure that user abusing resource.

Here my proof:

RDP ENCODING - Intel Xeon 2xE5-2420 - 12 Cores/24 Threads - 32 GB RAM - 1 user encoding process:


Dedicated Server - Intel Xeon E3-1240 - 4 Cores/8 Threads - 24 GB RAM - (SPEC LESS THAN RDP ENCODING)

Since your reason is not valid.

You are showing screenshots of user who using 100% cpu.
You should know most of encoding application are actually designed to take full cpu uses and encode fastly.
So even if you encode 1 Video , it will use 100% cpu.

Best option is you also start encoding then speed will be divided.
Because this is shared service and this is how it works.

In your screenshots one server have 1 user ( Dedicated Server Maybe )
Another is Rdp which you bought from us ( in screenshots also you can see only 2 User are there and 1 Admin )
So you can see we didn't oversold rdp for sure

You can confirm this from any Rdp provider. and ask them how it works.

Download torrent link (14 KB) take 4-6 sec to get the link download.
Server become very slow compared by last months
Download from public torrents very very very very very very very very very very very very very slow even with seeds (using deluge)
Winrar sometimes fast but sometimes you have to pray for it to finish the work .
For me as a poster in big forums every second has a price , I lost a lot and I really dont want to lose more .
Maybe It's time to search for another good one .
Sorry for this negative feedback but it's a fact , you were good months ago .

You tried to contact our support ?
@gamers901 reported completely different thing - he saying someone using 100% cpu in encoding rdp and asking us to kill or dont allow him.

If you can open ticket with screenshots of your issue
we can move you to another server with low loads or do some changes to fix your issue.

As even if we keep low users and if they are heavy user, you may get issues
We can fix this by balancing users ( moving heavy users in other server ) or moving you.

Continue with ticket or livechat support.

And regarding :- Download from public torrents very very very very very very very very very very very very very slow even with seeds (using deluge)

Public torrent is not allowed with us

How can I prove that download torrent link (14 KB) take 4-6 sec to get the link download with screenshots ? can you ?
How can I prove that moving from folder to another one is slow ?
About public torrents , majority of rdp servers accept download from public torrents without seed , if you dont allow download from public torrents ,it will be great if you put that on the first page .
I took Netherlands Ultra Fast Rdp cause I was looking for a Fast Rdp , you didn't and you want to make any discount (that's you right) but my right too to get a good service as the price I paid for .

You can actually create gif screenshots or make video, there are many ways
or just create screenshots.

You are just making excuses
Pm me your ip and i will login in your rdp and show you speed test result , how's that ?

If a public tracker not giving speed , it can be other side issue.

PM me your ip - as i guess you want to solve your issue right ?

Damn,, the RDP service make me very frustrated.

I start converting 16 files yesterday (quee 1 file per process).
After 1 day, only 2 file done, other file still pending because 3rd file stuck at process and not run again until right now.

PROOF:


You know why ? it is because someone abusing the server resource again

I was very disappointed with your RDP service, this is crazy. I have never seen terrible Encoding RDP like as your service.
Only user who want to abusing the resource using your service.

I do not want to pay the server FOR THEM.

Our staff told you to move to another server. you can reply them if you want to move.

1st one is other user who using handbrake and 2nd one is you who using winx hd video converter
Try handbrake, DVDFab or other which is well known, i always see those app get full speed.


Edit :- so i thought maybe its other user issue, that's the reason you not getting speed
But its not !

I killed his application and checked resource uses in server, all good
Still your application unable to use available cpu
