I started the rdp for just 4 days, already the RDP is down for more than 10hrs, The RDP license is expired. Sent a ticket, they told it will be resolved in few hours, but still no reply. Not happy with the service as I recently started using the rdp. Support used to be online always on skype, but today the status is away, strange
