And for moving.
1st one was for rdp, and moved only single time. you got new server with SSD for os. i mean its better server , you should thank us.
i know setuping is hard, but you need to understand creating all users account it hard too

but we did it for out client.
2nd and 3rd was for VDS
if hardware got issue, and we moved you before its give you downtime, still you blame us ?
you need to understand its shared system. and sometimes it gives slow speed. and you came to live chat and we fixed it, isnt ?

Regarding refund :- its too late now,
we refund in 24 hours, but we refund sometimes in 2-5 days too if client has issue with speed etc we did our best and there is only user you in vds who is complaining us regarding all issue,
