It's not "All" down, it's one server down and I am trying my best to keep it up, my PayPal eCheque hasn't cleared and isn't set to clearing until the 21st but my data center have suspended me, I am waiting on a reply from them since last night.

The frustrating thing is, is the fact that I have the money in my account but I have already sent the eCheque seveal days ago.

mate all websites are down now :(
 
They're not all down, I have more clients than the ones posting here. The clients on the node called "High" are fine, it's just one server which has been suspended because of PayPal sending my money as an eCheque.

No hosting company can have 100% uptime, not even 95%, I appreciate you keeping us informed about the status of things, most hosting companies just say it'll get fixed soon. And that's why, I'll vouch for this service. Thanks again, Sp.
 
Yeah RT is right. Atleast sp32 replying and updating us all regarding the problem and not closing the company down as did by many other popular hosts.... Please chill.....there comes a time when a host suffers through a lot of problems....but sp32 facing it really nicely.....Everything will be back to normal I am sure....
 
It will be fine, all it is, is a PayPal mix up. Ecatel keep suspending my service, this is the third time over the same thing to do with PayPal. After it has been cleared the server will resume back to normal status. This is the second time this server node has ever went down since I started so it's not majorly down all the time. Some people just can't see the long-term side of things when they're frustrated but please remember I am not happy when HiloHost is down either.
 
My PayPal has finally been sorted out and the money has been sent to my data center, they said the reason why HiloHost got suspended three times instead of just once is because their billing software is automated and kept suspending me.

Anyhow, any issues, let me know.
