Its like clipwatching but Rates are 50% more and we count videos after 15% watching.

Why the delay in starting the video now? Currently, a viewer has to wait upwards of 15 - 20 seconds before a video starts. Why the throttle on a stream? They should be starting within 3 - 5 seconds of clicking on play.
