The problem is that you've set the delay on starting the video for TOO LONG! When a viewer clicks on a link they don't expect to have to wait for 23 - 24 seconds (I've timed it) for a video to start and because of the long wait, a lot of them close the link and move to another link, most likely to a different host altogether.

You need to shorten the delay on the video playing to somewhere between 5 - 10 seconds. If you don't, then we will continue to see less and less people using the ClipWatching links...less people viewing those links means that it will be MORE LIKELY uploaders will stop adding files to the ClipWatching host. The end result will be this host domain being out of business.

What did you change? If we don't know what was changed, how can we look for any improvement? Be more specific with your explanation as to what you've updated/changed/improved so that we can give you constructive feedback on what we see.
