can you please set Germany to Tier A.
Then I can promote HenchFile at Germany's biggest warez boards. (y)

BTW: What does "hench" mean?

Problem 1:
Can you please order a plugin for the very often used JDownloader.

Problem 2:
If I upload files by using URL (Remote) upload (german display: "Entfernte URL hochladen") and I change to "My Account" or "My Files" or if I close the website, then the URL upload ends at once. Why? Can you please install an Remote URL Upload which runs in the background and is not interupted, when I leave your website? All the other filehoster offer this function, too. Thank you. (y)

Problem 3:
I miss a link extraction function for links incl. filenames, because it is easier to handle, if you know, what file is hide for example behind http://www.HenchFile.com/345jl3k4h53h4. 8-)
BTW... if I want to export many various uploads/links, I have no assignment to the uploads without a file name in the link.
I would like a link extraction like that:

Problem 4:
If I use the filesearch-filter (Search function), the filtered files do not appear in sorted order like selected before (sorted filename). After file searching the files are no longer sortable with the sort function (no reaction). Can you correct this, please?

Problem 5:
When i have used the filesearch function, I can not copy or move the filtered and selected files into a folder. Your website just jumps back to the basic filemanager. (this seams to function now)

Problem 6:
If I copy a file, I can not select, in which folder it has to be copied. The copies only are generated in the root folder. That is not comfortable.

Problem 7:
I am from Germany and the frontend language is automatically set to GERMAN. I prefer the English language edition. I can not select the language. Can you make this available, please?

Problem 8:
I have now paid for a premium account. I can choose "profit mode" for uploaders.
But I do not see any stats site/infos. Where can I see numbers of downloads, earnings (PPD), etc.?

Please read our terms and conditions regarding what content you are allowed to upload: HenchFile Terms

1. We'll look into this.
2. We'll look into this but its most likely set like this for security reasons to stop people from piling tonnes of remote links into the box and clogging up the server.
3. File names will not be added to the links to the download pages.
4. You can see the amount of completed downloads per file via http://www.henchfile.com/?op=my_files . We don't currently have the reporting mod installed. We do plan to get it installed but not right now.

and finally "hench" means big, bulky, large, muscular in London slang ;)

You also can limit remote uploads, if they are remoted/uploaded in the background. Just only give 50 slots free. If 1 upload (of 50) is finished, you can give 1 slot free again. It is no longer current state of the art, if you must hold open the site during the remote uploads.

I know this, but the filename sorting function does not function anymore, if I used the search function before (to filter filenames).

What does the flag "Pub" (public) in the filemanager mean?
After uploading the files do not have this flag, but anyone can download the files, if he has the links.
After copy a file, the copied file got the flag "Pub". What does this mean?

Can you please answer to my questions 5-8? Thank you! :sun:

If you don't have funds to pays affiliates, close PPD and work with PPS only.. and avoid the risk to call you, like that banned word... xD... seriously..

We absolutely do have the funds. We have a lot of funds. It's just getting those funds to the gateways to allow payout which can sometimes take a while. Once the funds are in, we're good to payout promptly. Shouldn't be too much longer now.

P.S Even if we make it PPS only, people can still request payout, so there wouldn't be much point in doing this. As I've said, valid payouts will be honoured.

5. I did understand your question and I'll be looking into why it is that the system is set so that they cannot be done in the background.

6. Yes there is.

7. It does - try searching for a file and then sorting by "DL" or "Filesize" - works fine for me.

8. It means published on your username page
