Added after 1 Day 2 Hours:

Our new 10GBPS server will be brought online on Monday. We need to wait for the mods to be installed before putting it online for file storage :).
Hopefully LR will be online by then too.

You're UK company,why you don't use MoneyBookers(Skrill) for payment options cause I think MB popular here
BTW,i see you disable download from some countries such as VN,please remove it

Remote Upload is very slow. Most parts are impossible to remote upload.
Remote upload queue waits. Nothing happens. The progress bar doesn't move.
Please optimize it - like before. ;)

If I copy only ONE parts into remote upload window, it works. But not always.
If I put more than ONE part into the window, nothing happens. Sleeping queue.

Hi I want to extend my premium acct using the balance, but I can extend for only 3 days, can you allow uploaders to at least extend the premium accounts for 1 month using the balance so upoaders can upload more content and make sure the files are not deleted

Sometime in the next 24 hours we plan to make a significant change to our membership system to greatly reflect the needs of our users.

Currently our membership system is laid out as follows:

Free/Unregistered - download (at reduced speeds), unable to upload at all
Registered - download (greater speed than Free), able to upload with limitations, no FTP
Premium - download (max speed), upload more files, FTP access etc

We are going to change it to the following:
Free/Unregistered - download (at reduced speeds), unable to upload at all
Registered becomes "Contributor" - only able to download the same amount as Free users, access to FTP, unlimited storage, RU
Premium becomes "Subscriber" - download (max speed), unable to upload

As a result of this change anyone who is an uploader and has a premium account to gain access to FTP and increased storage must email contact@henchfile.com with their username so we can change their account to an uploader status. Anyone who has recently bought a premium membership for this reason will have the pro-rata charge reimbursed in their HenchFile account.

We hope these changes will mean contributors feel they're able to upload without any need to worry about space allowances.

Hi I have recently redeemed my money for a premium account. I am an UPLOADER, so as per my understanding will you reimburse the money back to my account and give me uploader status ?? Thx !!
