why nubmer 0000 but i get views and donwlad ?

On report page you can view your earnings, because you have only 3 views you earnings are only 0.0028 USD and can't show on MY ACCOUNT page due of so low earnings.
To have earnings display on MY ACCOUNT you need to earn minimum 0.01 USD.
Download are counted only if file are first downloaded and not viewed.

Do we have an eta on the upload fix?
Sorry to give you more work but I know I requested to have downloads turned off on my account a few months ago. However, on Aug 9th there were 5 DLs and on Aug 10th there were 4 DLs. What changed? And could you check to make sure download is disabled on my account?

Upload has been fixed. Really sorry for such situation. As for remote URL it was overloaded and should be optimized within this hour.

I am not sure about the reason of the traffic and upload volume increase, but we ordered more servers this morning besides the one we ordered last night in order to improve the experience. Accept my apology for this situation.
