Payment gateways require a minimum number of sales which you may not reach with a single website. You can upload these premium videos/files into any file host and earn up to 90% of the sales from some hosts, as far as I know, which is a good deal because some gateways charge 35% of every transaction so receiving 90% of the transaction is a nice deal as far as I know.
The lowest minimum I ever saw was $100 weekly. However, some payment gateways don’t require a minimum but you need to pay them upfront $1,000+ just to get the API, which is a good scenario for long term plans, since this kind of gateways who require a huge upfront payment also charge much less fees per transaction.
