Yes the API server wasn’t able to connect to the DB as the DB server blocked the API for security reasons, but everything has been identified and resolved quickly. Please accept my apology for this.

Not yet. They blocked many hosts, but they agreed to whitelist us.
We're waiting for their admin to get back to us as soon as possible.
