I want to cry seeing a similar incident happen again.
2017 joined, the obstacles experienced in the previous year were only minor problems. But this year gounlimited really faced a problem that was very draining energy and mind, both from the gounlimited team and from the client.
One month ago 3950 of my videos were mass-deleted and I re-uploaded only 1430 videos, I also gave a reference for compensation, before the compensation program was suspended but the results of my request were not answered.
I am sad ? Well it must be very sad and it's very human. But I do not take a headache, and always think positively because I believe in handling gounlimited which is very active to its customers.
Now I have to re-upload my videos which all can't be played, because all of my videos are 90% given a red sign which means the video is broken.
On the other hand I also have only a handful of new videos (only 20 new videos) that I haven't had the chance to upload at gounlimited. So inevitably I have to re-upload my old video.
My traffic that gets $ 8 - $ 9 per day is now dropping very sharply.
