Oh, that's true, files uploaded just now has this message
The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

exactly! few hours ago i would believe its only 40%, since there was only few red dots per page on the file manager, but now i see mostly red dots!
fortunately, gounlimited is no longer my 1st choice, so (another) loss is not that painful, but I feel sorry for others who relied solely on go. maybe it will teach them something.
 
I'm just looking now at the posts and than to My Videos page and I saw you f@@@@d up again... You said 40% lost but for me there is almost no video without red dot. I'm using your host 3 years now but thanks to the previous compensation (where I received nothing thanks again) it's time to go for an other hosting because I think your new compensation wouldn't worth the effort... And the ones who really trusts you will receive nothing.
I'm sad to go because I loved Gou but in 2 months you lost over 12K of my files...
It's ridiculous.

I am really glad the situation wasn’t painful on your side. I will do my best to get things sorted out like before very shortly. Accept my apology for the troubles.

I am really sad to hear that. Please accept my apology. I can’t blame you for this decision but I promise you won’t go into any further troubles. The double rates we’re offering will remain as much as possible.

Double rates are activated.
 
Are the file that we're re uploading will work? Or we're wasting time? As now they won't play, any of them.
I just want to know if i can keep uploading them or i have to wait until you fix this.
 
Thanks to double rates (which will run for a few weeks or maybe a month if you keep your promises like before) and the remaining videos my daily income become 4 cents...
Before it was between 1-2$ and in peek days over 2$ (my country is in the lowest tier)
That's why I keep using to get the 1$/video which would have covered the loss until I finish reupload but I'm still thanks fully for nothing :)

I will keep the double rates and you and other users are satisfied. I am offering everything I can offer, and not nothing.

It's ok. The question is only for how long will you keep it up.
Because the worst part is to start from almost zero again and when finally reach a number of files which would make views you will stop the double rates.
For me took 1 month to upload 1K videos.
It feels like you promised again something you can't keep up.

It's bad to promise to much. Just promise what you can keep up.
I think it would be better if you can set up individually the double rates. And when someone finishes reupload their videos turn it on for them for a period of time.

I will keep it until all users recover the affected data. I promise you that you won't go through this again, ever.
