Dear GU @GO Unlimited ,
My BTC payment is still pending. It's longer than usual. Is this normal?
All payouts requested during the last 48 hours will be issued today. We had a 24hrs extra delay this time so accept my apology please. :)

Your payout was requested 1 April and it will be issued by 3 April. It was supposed to be issued within 24hrs which means 2th but as I said we a had small extra delay this time.

i no understande why people complin about extra 12 or 24 hours to get the money when in the past they use to wait 1 months to get money from old hosts
7 years ago i use to wait 1 month and sometimes 60 days to get payouts
no funny people complain about not getting theirs money in 24 and why 48 they say
not only on go unlimited thread
they also complain in onother threads

That's just a small question. As you have seen a lot of users have received their payment.
I did not cause hatred or criticism, instead I am very grateful to them

It's 2020, and not 2013 (7 Years ago). Back then hosts used to issue their partners payouts monthly as it was the term of the ads network which represent the only source of income to these hosts back then, so it was an expected thing to wait up to 60 days to get your payment when the ads network itself takes that time to issue the publishers (hosts) payments.

As for now, ads networks offers daily, half weekly, weekly, and many other options for payouts. So as long as the host is getting its money on this very short term, it's normal and expected that this host will also issue its partners payments on a similar term.

Our partners, they used to get their payouts in less than 24 hours, so it's normal that they complain when it takes 48 hours, as this is the average. I don't see anything wrong with that. Otherwise, let we close this thread and stop offering support if we don't want to hear complaints. The point of the support thread itself is hearing the complaints. :)

I just got a report of a down episode. When I went to look it was a server in maintenance. I’ve sent a request to have it moved but how long will that server be down, it’s likely to affect a ton of other episodes.

I checked your account, and only one video is stored on a server that is under maintenance. So one server out of 331 is currently on maintenance mode and one file from your account is stored there only. May I know according to what fact you have said this:
it’s likely to affect a ton of other episodes.

Also, I have previously informed you that the file is in the transfer queue. :)

I didn’t mean only my files. I was speaking in general terms for other people. Apologies if you thought otherwise.

Please don’t apologize. I am just pointing into something specific, not to mention that you claimed something at all.

The problem was that you said tons of episodes which made me right away going to check your account but I didn’t find any file stored on that server from your files.

Considering the total number of servers, when one server is under maintenance mode; one file out of every 1 million file will be stored on that server, so there is nothing to worry about.
The server is currently being updated/upgraded into a newer security system and it should be online very shortly. We’re also monitoring the files which getting hits/views on that server and transfer them into another ones to make sure that no active file remain there during this process.

I also have a question regarding the new compensation:

Let's assume you added 2000 $ as the old compensation amount to my account and I got one double compensation on a 15 $ payout. Does this mean that I am not eligible anymore to take part in the new compensation you offer on all April weekends?
In other words: you granted me 15 $ in total as compensation for all the reuploading and fixing I have done and I'm out now because I received some kind of compensation already? Is that right?

I understand that the old compensation process might have been too high (although you promised to stick to your announcements over and over again). However, I expected some kind of true compensation based on the month before the data loss and not a fixed weekend bonus now when most partners are still recovering from the loss.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks for clarifying this once again.
