Added more 10 servers just now. By the end of this week or the weekend the traffic ability we will have will be the same one we used to have before this situation.

When I make sure we restore our traffic ability I will balance the load manually and update our load balancers to equal the load between all servers in order to make sure all videos works smoothly.

I will dedicated my salary from GO Unlimited to compensate partners for the efforts they spent on this. The compensation process will start very shortly and I will share more details about how it works by then.

For now please allow me for 2 days at least to add more servers and don't expect an answer from me before that since I need to dedicated all of my time for this process.
I take my hat off to you, I had never seen a hosting service like yours take responsibility to the extent that you have done so.

I have a question...

Am I able to upload new content or should I wait until later to start uploading new stuff. I have 2 new shows starting tonight and another show request. I have told my viewers that we may have to wait but I would like official word.

You can upload news ones as well. We will compensate you for the old files by checking the number of deleted files which has been uploaded before FEB 2020.

Example: You had 1k files before FEB 2020.
You came by March asking for compensation, so we will check the number of files you have, and we find 3k files, so it means you 2k more files uploaded after the situation. In this case you will be compensated for the 1k files with $1,000 since these are the files you re-uploaded as replacement, but the other 2k files you uploaded are new ones you didn't have.

This is a short description. I will record a video with more details soon for all partners.
 
I am a gounlimited.to user from the end of 2017, where at that time the web display was still very simple. Admin named Bader Alajmi from gounlimited.to was very active from the beginning to respond to customer complaints. Do you know? In 2018 there was also a server down problem of almost 19 hours more and when it came back to life all the videos were switched with another account and the income was lost and even exchanged on another account. With patience the Gounlimited team overcame it until it was completely resolved and we were all paid compensation according to a very real agreement. Now many new gounlimited users who can not wait when the server goes down immediately angry and cursing at the admin, different from what used to deal with it is very mature. because we trust each other, the loss of these months can be made up in 1~2year, because he seriously wants to operate gounlimited for 10years or even 20years, as long as there is no world war XD. unlike other services, which are only a short-term business, making money and leaving :sunglasses:
 
Web upload is still too slow now, and I think this is new problem, I dont know why but when I upload 6 files, turned out there's only 3 files were done, cant see another 3 files. :)

I don't know what to say, else than big THANK YOU for such trust. I do really appreciate such comments and it's motivating me to work even harder. Money comes and goes but loyalty can never be gained if it's gone.
If I lost $100k today I can make more than that next year but if I lost the people trust I can never gain that, ever.

Hello sir, congratulations to the whole team, they are doing a great job, I have a doubt, I am using 2 remote servers, one of them is no longer uploading, maybe it could have been blocked, I sent the ip in pm, thanks for the help.
