I believe if he reported something, either it's real or there is some sort of misunderstanding, or otherwise why would he report such experience to us?
As for now, we asked multiple users for their experiences and they gave us the same exact feedback you mentioned which is 3 - 4 popups (anyone who read this can signup at GO Unlimited and test this by himself, simply).

Well-Known member, I need to take his reports seriously and follow up with him regarding this case.
As for now, I sent him a PM immediately on the time he reported this issue, but he didn't reply to my PM, while he is
Online.
I will wait for his reply with the screen record, or he can share the screen record publicly if he prefer so, so I can follow up with him regarding this case, since no one else is reporting such issue.
Again, there is no need to troll for us, or to follow such languages with other members or even to mentioned other services names. We do have a 24/7 support team who reply thread comments very quickly as everyone can see so there is no need to take our position by replying other members for private-user-end matters.
