Hi Gounlimited, this week will happen like last week, if I ask for payment on Sunday it has to be in 48 hours, well we will do 72 hours tonight at 00:00 and neither will the payment be, I need it today please, and there are already colleagues who yesterday you have paid.

Payout:
  • We're the fastest video hosting when it comes to paying, we usually pay in less than hour when our billing team is online, and when they're not, they will be so within 6 hours in worst case and pay you immediately.

Hope you're doing very well.

Not anymore. We used to payout our users by ourselves using 3 methods back in 2016, but we have partnered with external billing companies so they process our users payouts in our behalf in order to offer more payout methods such as the 11 method we currently have.

The billing companies we're partnerd with have their own payout ETA which is 48-72 business hours instead of the 6 hours we used to take to payout our users by ourselves.

However, we're proud to say we're still one of the fastest services when it comes to payouts. It's something that is listed in our priority list actually.
We believe that fast payout is one of the things that hard workers in this industry are looking for, and we're seeking to offer them a platform that match their expectations.

Can I change the dimensions of the embed without having a problem with the stats?
And how i can be Trusted Membership?

Hope you're doing very well.

Our contract with Payoneer has expired and we're not seeking to renew it due to their new terms and conditions. There is another 11 payout methods and Paxum is the best alternative for Payoneer as some of our partners said.

As for the Trusted membership, feel free to send us a PM.

Hope you're doing very well.

You were lucky that you requested your payout exactly before we send the PayPal dispatch to the billing company. For those who requested their payouts after the latest dispatch it will take 24-48 hours.

Not sure why you're worried because you got your payment faster than usual. :)

Hello. Today i uploaded 6 files with Remote Upload, and then it stops. I tried to upload from 2 different servers and their status is still "Pending" for last few hours. Can you check that?

I have a pending payment from 22th September. When can I expect it to be paid?
I have no rush but I just want to check if something went wrong with this since others seem to get paid.
