Just posting here to see if perhaps I can get some help since the ticket system takes so long (timezones I'm assuming)
I recently lost power due to a hurricane and as a result my IP address has changed. Now I can't login and all I get is an message telling me I can "turn that off from account settings"... That does nothing since I can't login to access my account settings.
All I want is that turned off so I can login again and be on my merry way.
Please help.

maybe try to create a gif screenshot for proof / evidence? as for me haven't encountered any adult ads.
