They kept the case private as a respect for our privacy, which is highly appreciated from them. Their decision was so wise keeping this case private and that’s the reason why we were able to solve it.
If this case were public I guess we wouldn’t be able to solve it.
Also their decision was taken to protect this community from spam (We have been accused by controlling “trolls” accounts, and that’s why the thread has been closed d for 60 days), and we can’t stand against that. If we were in their position we would take the same decision if not even worse.
They were super patience dealing with us, I should admit that to be fair.

Very nice the new look, was everything I dreamed of, a responsive to start providing download links too. But when I click on the links it goes back to the old look, will that part change to the new one too?
