Hi i am really disappointed by the behaviour of Gounlimited support agents.
The issue with gounlimited are
1. Encoding makes videos lower in size but video quality is drastically decreased.
2. Streaming speed is slow.

Even when using minimise ads setting, there are three popup ads..

Please see all these messages so you can know what happened with me today and how's the behaviour of support is. All my data is still under their servers..

You admitted to them you were hot linking them????? Why? and what did you expect from them after admitting that!
You shouldn't admit by saying ( I HOT LINK YOUR SERVICE ). That was bad from you.

Also I am using their (Minimum Ads) mode and it has lowest number of ads compared to all other hosts. You want free service with no ads at all? Use Google Drive, but keep in mind you can't hot link Google. ;)

As i said i was not only trying their service i was trying different services to see which one is effective.. After watching other things i even used embed codes and that's why i contacted them. But they suspended My account.. The only mistake of mine was that i did hot linking for an day to see different services and their streaming quality.
 
Can we load subtitles directly in URL?
For example, in Openload it's possible to load external subtitles from URL in video, and it will automatically load the subtitle in video:

In Rapidvideo the same:

The problem you admitted you hot link them, why would you do so? Don't mention such behavior to any host support or they will ban you as well. How can they pay for their servers if you keep hot linking? I still can't understand how you dare hot link them and ask them to disable all ads and then come here to complain. :laughing:

they replied all of your emails very quickly as i see
they banned you when you said (you use direct links) which is called "hot-linking" as the one above me mentioned
i still can't understand your problem :) you hot link them and when you wasn't able to hot link them anymore you're complaining? i can't see what type of case you're trying to open

Ok so hotlinking was my mistake and i apologise for it and have already done in emails but no response.. Then i asked them to minimise ads so i can use embed feature.. I was only trying direct linking but because of their nature they were unsuccessful.. So i was ready to use embed feature but in embed feature there are alot of ads.. I still wants to use gounlimted service..

I didn't complained them about hotlinking.. Please read emails carefully.. I was complaining about alot of ads and decreased quality..

You apologized for hot-linking? :) You must be kidding on this part as well.
"apologizing" isn't enough to pay the money of the traffic you spent from their servers without their ads.
If I was in their place I wouldn't reply you as well.

Their (Minimum Ads) mode has 1 up to 3 ads in worst case, while other hosts (Minimum Ads) mode has 6 ads and some has 12, so they have lowest number of ads. Some hosts when you try (Minimum Ads) mode you see no difference at all.
 
Okay so your this kind of favoring clearly shows that you're part of their team or just someone you know very well. You're just defending them..
Gounlimited if you're reading this then i would like to work with you again and i will only use embed feature with maximum ads for some days.. This will be enough to cover up the costs that you losed previously because of me..

Feel free to use (Minimum Ads) mode from now, but please do not try to hot-link or mislead our system.
We already lost 100 GB of traffic because of your previous traffic which cost $5 but we will forgot that now and start a new page.
