When a user has no refer, 90% it's scam and 10% maybe there is a technical bug. I didn't want to consider him as scam since the beginning because there is a 10% chance of having a technical bug either from my side or his side. So I contacted him in order to have an explanation from his side or at least just send us a link of the website where you shared these videos so we can make sure your views aren't gained by using misleading tools.

He never replied but he came here saying he have a payout since 19th. :) That's ironic, really.

We never delayed payouts that far !!! We process each payout within 24 hours (except if it's bigger than $50 it may take longer).

He need to check his email inbox and reply security emails (if he dare) before coming here to submit his public comment about us.

Thank you for your positive feedback.

It is not possible at this moment to upgrade Jordan due to its low CPM rate.

Yes. Additionally, if there is something unusual with the payout request (such as new email address to be paid different than the old address) we contact the user to make sure it’s him who submitted the payout request.

That's not true.

For example, in Openload it's possible to load external subtitles from URL in video, and it will automatically load the subtitle in video:

In Rapidvideo the same:
https://www.rapidvideo.com/e/{$object_code}/?c1_file={$first_subtitle_url}&c1_label={$first_subtitle_label}&c2_file={$2nd_subtitle_url}&c2_label={$2nd_subtitle_label}&.... etc

In streamango too:

He asked about embed codes and not direct links and I replied to him regarding that.

None of what you said refute what I said at all.

No one accused him as a cheater so far. I accused him with unusual activities due to lack or refers and he described to me that his viewers copy his videos links and access them manually and not by “clicking” on the links, as he said.

We have undone our actions and gave him $5 as an apology from us for the trouble we caused to him.

However, we still suggest everyone to check their emails consistently to avoid being banned due to the lack of reply for our emails, in case their account has any unusual activities such as the one our friend @MilanFan had. We don’t ban any account before we try to contact the user and even if we do ban him we still can unabn him if he get back to us. Specially if the account has pending payout or money on its balance we don’t take any serious action before contacting the user to make sure he don’t lose anything.

We have chnaged the logic how our system works to handle URL upload queue. Starting from now links should be processed immediately after the user add it.

There will be no Pending stats for links anymore except for Openload and Streamango links as they’re working in different servers. Any other type of links will start immediately.
