so you can se i really started to work with you...but after 2 days i realised it's necessary to stop until it's not to late
on site was still 40$ for tier 1...i came here whit proofs...rates was 25$ and after that 11.6$...and admin continued to say everyting its ok
after tht he told us video are counted when visitor reach 10% and of course this is not true...again i put here proofs and his answer was ''everybody can make a fake screenshot''
he took 4 month to fix his bug about rates and count system
but i ask you again
tell me please why you think you are better than
idtbox or flix555...we not talk about openload,streamango,vidoza or rapidvideo because they are on another league

I would like to thank you for the detailed informations you provided. I do understand the problem you faced now.
Just for your informations, I do 100% believe you in this situation because I am the one who were in charge of fixing this problem, and I did. Unfortunately, our team didn’t admit the problem for more than 2 months and instead they accused you and other users of providing false accusations, because they didn’t understand the problem back then.
Let me explain the problem to you:
- For example you have a video and received 20,000 views
- The system counted the whole views (20,000 is in your stats).
- Only 10,000 of the 20,000 watched 5% of the video
- The system paid you the 10,000 views only because they completed 5% of the video
- In your stats now you see 20,000 views but only $40 which make you think our rate is $20 for each 10,000 views, but the problem that we didn’t pay the other 10,000 views that didn’t complete 5% of the video
What I did is stop counting views that don’t complete 5% in the user stats so the user can see paid views in his stats only, like any other host in this industry.
By the way, I have been assigned the technical support manager for the service thanks to the reform of this defect.
I would like to apologize in behalf of my team because of accusing you for providing false informations instead of admitting the problem. The main reason of this situation is our team (including the admin) not admitting the problem and keep running the service like nothing is happening which caused them losing a lot of money also and not having their reputation affected only.
