yes, admin, i will try it for your new update log, your side will improve step by step on nov, it is awesome for all of us.

i just some commendations to your side, take it easy. first, your side response feedback or opinion so nice and quickly, it is good thing. your video is running better and better, it is second good thing.

i just some opinion to your side, i dont know it is good or not. first, the thumbnail of video can make more attractive, so that more visitors to click it on. second, the video player can make more attractive or functional, such as visitors can get embed code, it can post in other webpage, it will increase the number of clickers.

your user interface is excellent and clear, just mega can be compared with your side, your side can become mega side later. also, if the video library can manage as mega, for other people to upload and download easily, or remote upload from google drive, onedrive, ok ru, baidu cloud, just like facebook trans account log on method, is more easily to add their cloud platform accounts like google drive or onedrive, to their go unlimited account, get and link together, become a huge cloud service for your side, or even google advertisement later.

in my view, your company will become bigger and bigger, since your side have many innovation though a year, hope to enjoy it.

also, the video conversion format, since there are now many live streams for sports or gaming, if the conversion file can read ts file, to become hd mp4, or mkv to mp4, rmvb to mp4, i means the engine of video conversion for your side, is also an important part in the coming time.

Thank you so much for your great feedbacks and honest review.

I will let my IT team take a deeper look at Google Drive links in order to support it in URL upload in the future if that's a possible thing.

Hey, thanks for adding option to change thumbnail after upload! However, when I go to upload my own thumbnail, I get

Error

Can't locate GD.pm in @INC (@INC contains: . Modules /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5) at /var/www/cgi-bin/index.cgi line 3976.

Please fix, thanks!
 
hi admin, i have tested it a whole day, there are great improvement on buffering, so well done, just a little butter not perfectly, if it is compared with ok ru platform, go unlimited now better than openload, just like otakucloud as well.

And now, i think your teammates are genius, since i found that your side simple and clear player is well done, if it can generate a pretty thumbnail as otakucloud is more well done, i know it can be custom, but i dont know otakucloud can create a good cover automatically.

Hay admin, any update on this? We would love to use your service but the glitches in thumbnail editing are making it impossible to do so!

hi admin, will your side develop into just like jw player platform, provide the cloud platform for your side player, to collect all customers cloud drive together, so that there are no need to store and covert files from your server loading, just relied on google drive only, upload and loading video may not have any buffering as well.

i mean your side can become web-hosting design company, not just a cloud drive hosting as well. just my view and opinion, take it easy.

Dear Azot,

When you take a look at all WJ posts, you will find at least %40 negative reviews about each host, because even god messengers wasn't able to convince the whole world they're right also video hosting services can't convince everyone here that they're the best. The negative reviews is part of any project in the world and we expect to hear anything from anyone because this is how it works, and we just need to be calm and nice and help our users as much as possible.

We admitted that we had a problem with our counting system that affected up to 8 users but we fixed that problem days ago and provided our affected users with additional info. If you expect a service that has no bugs or mistakes I am sorry to destroy your expectations and tell you there is no such service.

We have very expensive DMCA ignored servers that we need to pay and also we have team of 5 members who needs to get paid also plus the IT tasks fees that the IT team charge more for it. And even so, we provide our users with the best possible service and pay them on time without any serious problems.

Look at WJ forum old posts and see how many video hosting services has been destroyed and closed, they're more than the current available services. Fighting in this industry to keep being alive isn't an easy thing, and the most important part to win in this fight is having loyal and understandable users, who don't accuse us by false charges and claim that we're liars. We always say, if you have a problem just contact us and we will be more than happy to help you and fix your problem instead of accusing us while you didn't even asked for help from us.

I have been working with GO Unlimited as billing team manager since NOV 2017 and I had so many issues with counting but I fixed all of them for our users, it's something that can happen with any service in the world, even YouTube help forum has articles for similar things.
