Sorry if you felt like that :) But all what I am saying is that I know what people want, which is DMCA ignored video hosting, and by the way most of them don't care about the reward program and the rates. Big sites asking me to disable the reward program and lower the ads :)

Can U clarrify why his account has been suspeneded.U r very very new here in Wjunction. Allmost about 2 week old. Did he uploaded 1000 Files in few days?

Uploading more than 1 TB in less than 48 hours without getting any views consider as abuse. Our DMCA ignored servers aren't available like the regular servers so we want to save our resources for those who receive so many DMCA reports and need our service more than anyone else due to their huge traffic.

OMG. 1 TB in less than 48 Hours.Cant even think of it.It seems he was dumping all his files to your server.

We was expecting more than that and did send him an email to get a clear explanation but all we got from his side is nothing so we did suspended his account and asked him to gain some views to confirm his site traffic and we will restore his account then.

We don't take any actions in our users file without a prior notice.

We did our best to reach you before we take any actions but we didn't hear back from you and even after the notice we sent you through the email, you uploaded more video which mean you were active then. Also you told one of our live chat agent that's you don't check your email, which lead us to the first point which is "Ignoring".

Our DMCA ignored servers are very limited and they're not available often like the regular servers so please understand that we're saving our resource for those who gain some views and receive some DMCA reports, and need our service more than anyone else. If you don't have any views in your site I am pretty sure you will be fine with other services cuz no one will report an empty of traffic site.

I understand why delete account for abusung with 1 TB upload for 24 h, but dont understand why you delete accounts for inactivity with only 4 files?!

We take our resource usage very serious, as we always mention.. our DMCA ignored resources are very limited and we can't get more of them always due to availability of them in the countries we buy them from. So please understand that our service isn't a test platform to upload 2 or 3 even 4 files to test the streaming stability and leave them in the service without sharing them in your site or even logging in to the service for more than 14 days.
