The new ones have these problems too. Here more detail: after uploaded, video seems working, and it turns "SampleVideo 1280x720 1mb" in few minutes later, then it working again, then "SampleVideo 1280x720 1mb" again, and still on

If so, then there is a delay between the master DB and its slaves. No worries.
We gonna sort this out ASAP.

Of course no. Most videos are stable now since the delay margin has been reduced. Everything seems fine at the moment.
Will check that and solve it ASAP.
