Hello :)

Why not allow us to add our logo and our advertisements on the player gounlimited ?

especially when you have a Premium Traffic

without using a custom player

With premium traffic, you can use your own player with your own logo and ads, since you will get the direct link from us through the API and use it as you like. As for adding your logo on your videos within our embeds, we will add that option very shortly as per your request.

I upload files from my computer. I think the reconnect options are set as default:
Timeout: 20 sec
max. retry: 2
delay between retry: 5 sec

I guess I need to set the delay longer. When I reconnect manully, it takes several minutes cooldown before succesful reconnection to ftp server.
 
I think that only by providing direct link, users have to change all the links of their videos again in their pages
I think you should have another player for premium traffic and not just the direct link option. similar to fembed

We will definitely add more options in the player, but it will not be change with other at the moment.

Not at all. :laughing:

The API will take care of everything automatically. When you buy a premium traffic package you can customize the API to use the video link (which you already have) to establish a direct connection with the server and get the direct link.

The oldest pending payout we have was requested yesterday, and it will be automatically processed tonight. The ETA is 24 hours, and yours was requested less than 24 hours ago.
