As I said mate, your case is personal and not related to the service. I am doing my best to put the service related messages as my priority. I will have a look at your messages as soon as possible, but I can’t guarantee anything as long as the message/case is something personal that is not even related to GO Unlimited. Please not that I am not in a position that allows me to solve personal problems not related to the service in anyway.
