After the fourth Redbull I toke, I got new idea.
I am implementing new logic now to allow users upload their videos again without the need to delete the old ones. Please allow me sometime to do it. You can now delete old ones and replace while I am working to avoid that for next tasks.

I would like to help and could re-upload lots of my videos. So this plan means there is a chance to keep the old video urls when I re-upload vids without the need to restore from your backups? In other words: Link the new uploads to the existing, currently not working files?
It is extremely important to me not to exchange all video urls as my search engine and external sites indexes would be completely destroyed. I simply have too many vids and indexed content to fix all that manually.
And I am sure I'm not the only one here.BTW:

And I'm all in to support you and start deleting my videos and re-uploading them, the most of what I can at least with the backups I do have.

Upload issue should be fixed by now.
You guys can now upload new videos without deleting your old videos. The system will stop matching old copies with new ones. You can just upload any video you want without deleting the old copy of the video.
Private tabs are highly recommended specially that I am doing some updates.

I tested upload, should work fine. Please use private tab.
