A 4-Digit PIN Code to confirm the payout. Whenever you place a payout request you will need to confirm it using the 4-Digit PIN code that will be sent into your email address.

This additional step will protect users who share their accounts from allowing any other person who has no access over their email address to request any payout. Most webmasters share their accounts with their websites dev's or their uploaders, and there is a possibility for some disasters in these cases (such as the uploader request a payout or so), but not with this additional step.

That's beside that with Security Lock option enabled, no one can change your billing address, so you need to make sure that this option is enabled to have triple security.

A Bug with requesting payouts has been fixed. You can now place a payout request and receive a PIN code through your email address to confirm the payout.​

Chill dude, they are working hard to fix the issue. Instead of ranting why not show support?
Just be thankful that they are responsive on this kind of situation.. other host wont even answer or wont give you an update if they encounter such issues.
