I think it would be better if FTP is managed as the other hosters do : insted of have servers number 1,2,3 ecc... you should have only 2 ftp address one for us and the other for eu and you should let the system automatically distributes the traffic among multiple servers, is the best way to handle a heavy traffic....and it's also easier for users
