So I have to solve the problem by myself ?! It's more than a week that I've report that problem and you haven't done nothing because your links still don't work and so in the end I have to write into the jdownloader support board ?! In all this time you did not think of anything better than to tell me to get along?! That's incredible....this is the first time I see a hoster that asks its users to solve problems on his own ....:facepalm::facepalm: If you're not able to make a plugin works in more than a week what kind of respect do you pretend from your users ? X-(X-(
P.S. I've just see now that there isn't also the possibility to add glumbouploads premium account into jdownloader so if someone buy a premium he won't be able to use it because glumbouploads is not into the list....you're non-existent for jdownloader and this means being non-existent for downloaders :facepalm::facepalm: I have no words I think that the decision to use this host was the worst I could take, no one downloads anything and my downloaders do nothing but complain....

This isn't our problem. It's a problem with jDownloder. Many other hosts actively prevent jDownloder support by changing their website.

If jDownloder support was that important for you, you should have tested all your links with jDownloader before sharing them with your downloaders or switching from your previous host. You can't blame us for making your downloders unhappy when our service has been running perfectly.
None of us (GlumboUploads) use jDownloder so if you have a problem yourself it would be wise if you submitted a support request/ticket for the fastest jDownloader support. We can give you test premium accounts or whatever if you need
EDIT: I will post a topic on jDownloader with test links and logs. Actually the linked topic is the same problem you are experiencing (http://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=34244). If you look at your jDownloader logs you will see the same error output

Now jdownloader works perfectly with glumbouploads's links :D <3
Your file manager, I think, it's really well done; it's simple and clear, but I've a tip to improve it even more: I think that would be great if when you select how many files per page you want then the selection remains permanent until the logout...otherwise every time you return to the site or even change page you've to reselect how many files you want....

just a quick message to say:
i tested jdownloader (jdownloaderbeta.exe i think nightly build) and it works !
now folderlinks are able to send the info data of file inside and those files appear as online :D i also tested downloading them... and it worked fine.
clearly i can say it works using jdownloaderBETA.exe... but is update is the same on both version the standard one, and nightly then it should work on the standard jdownloader version too.
this is the update that i received just now, and fixed glumboupload plugin issue.

i got the update installed on 27.12.2011
i tested jdownloader (jdownloaderbeta.exe i think nightly build) and it works !
now folderlinks are able to send the info data of file inside and those files appear as online :D i also tested downloading them... and it worked fine.
