Global Chatter Network is looking for mature, outgoing, and responsible individuals to volunteer their time to help better the community. In working side by side with present and future staff, you will gain some great work experience that will substantially benefit you with your future job responsibilities.

Does this sound like you? Have you wondered what it would be like to help the people you chat with on a daily basis? Being able to assist them with the same issues you deal with every day is a great feeling. I would encourage everyone reading this to ask some present Staff members about the pros and cons, the overall experience, and if their perspective changed once they joined the ranks of Staff.

Ideal Applicant Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Mature, professional, and an organized worker
• Friendly, understanding and respectful
• Able to work as, or not apart of a team
• Active, dedicated and reliable
• Minimum 1 hours work daily (5 days/week)
• Good understanding, or willing to learn, of IPB forum software
• Excellent English skills
• REQUIRED: Willingness and anxiiousness to join in the discussion within the forums and drive discussion activity
• REQUIRED: Must have a Skype handle (Free Skype account)(Required)
• REQUIRED: Endeavor to advertise/market the forums in any way possible to increase memberbase and activity (REQUIRED - HIGH IMPORTANCE)

Site Administrators are responsible for the maintaining and quality insurance of the GCN homepage. These members must have knowledge with Wordpress themes and must be able to rearrange WP applications, widgets and more.

Human Resources are the backbone of our staffing operations. As Human Resources are responsible for the processing of our department volunteer applications. This department keeps our department staff teams functioning with the best volunteers for the job.

This position is for someone who likes to work independently. Although we are a team here, most of the work in this position is self-paced, requiring someone to be self-motivated. You should be able to interact positively with both the forum and Staff community as well as being professional and mature at all times. We expect those in this position to be driven to promote a dynamic and positive atmosphere on the forums and have sufficient literacy skills enabling them to communicate with people in this way.

Forum Team Staff

Description:
Artists are responsible for the maintaining and quality insurance of all GCN official artwork. The design team will work on the forum to create graphic for the community websites, as well as graphic requests from community members. Theses members must have time to dedicate to the community and the creation of the specified artwork. Community requests consists of signatures, banners, and basic avatar edits.
