There have been problems for several weeks now; the admin used to reply once every few days, but now not at all. Whenever he said the problem was fixed, it would come back after a few hours, or at most one day.

Currently, he isn't replying at all, and the upload hasn't been working for several weeks straight, so the hosting can pretty much be considered dead.
