All my files are 300mb and all my downloaders come from "Group C". PPD table shows $9 for 1000 downloads, but the truth is $1 for 1000 downloads.
What is happening FileVice?

The downloads count is working properly but the money don't go up , for example of 20 downloads only is counting 2 downloads , what is the problem filevice ?.Please fix this issue.The downloads are going up but the money is stuck.

1. Make sure you are not using proxies
2. check if the IP address is not hidden
3. check the file extension , and if filevice does support the upload of this file
4. Try to upload smaller size file and see if the issue still exist
5. Check your internet connection , and if you ISP are having issues with their system
6. Check if firewall or antivirus is blocking the connection
Try a remote upload from a different source site/server (this will confirm if the issue is related to the original source server). The source server could have resource limits slowing the speed, be overloaded or there could be a number of different factors affecting their performance.
7. Register with our site for faster upload or Upgrade to Premium membership for ultimate results
8. If the problem still exists, please contact us for assistance.

We have responded to your inquiry before , there is Max payment for download from Same IP address in ;last 24 Hours per file . Please refer to your the TOS for better understanding .

The download from same IP address will not be counted for last 24 hours . there is maximum pay per IP fpr last 24 hours
