That's actually a really good idea. These are the 3 steps to follow for those who are not familiar with trace routes. Please let me know if you encounter any problems.
1) Your IP address. You can locate this by visiting this page: http://www.whatismyip.com/
2) Perform a traceroute to filesonic.com and send us the output results. Information on how to perform a traceroute can be found here: http://howto.wired.com/wiki/Run_a_Traceroute
3) The Filesonic server that you download starts from (for example: http://s7.filesonic.com).

Complaining about it won't help if you don't provide any information. The steps to trace routes are just posted above you.
Problem with Remote Upload ?
Tried with 4 -5 links.
After i paste a link and click on the Upload button i get this error! Please Help?
There was a slight bug, but now everything should be fixed.

For those who are using FTP from US, I can recommend using web upload for now if you're having trouble with FTP upload. I'm not aware of any major problems that we have, but you are more than welcome to send me details (screenshot, your current location + which server you're connected to, FTP log) and I'll have it checked out.
As for downloads, ms7 you'll need to send me your IP address. There aren't any problems with USA servers that I know of, but I'll definitely ask. If there are anything new you guys will be the first to know.

That's weird, I just got news that we had an improvement on our Web upload and that uploaders from US would benefit from it.
