No, your files stay in your account for 30 days. After those 30 days, if the file is active, it will be kept for an extra 48 hours. If on the 30th day the file is inactive, it will be removed.

no its not, these files deleted after 5 days or so
and they also download a lot of times

all my files will deleted after 10 days
what u will got then
or u plan to delete all ur files like hotfile
but with anther rules

u should change this Rule ASAP, cuz i lost anther 5GB

If active downloads are being removed relatively fast, it means that our digital fingerprint has found the file to violate copy right infringement and has been removed.

As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not accept copyright files to be posted and distribute to the public. This includes but is not limited to movies, music, software applications and so on.

Why should FileSonic extend the auto-delete date to anything behind 24 hours? They have to pay to maintain their servers (and the HDDs storing your data) yet they offer to keep it for 30 days for free.

If you really need your uploaded files to stick around buy a Premium membership. If you share stuff people want you can save the earnings and get a discounted Lifetime membership ($82 instead of $150).

If you've got a Premium membership your files are only deleted due to DMCA complaints.
 
Alright I noticed that something is wrong while download from Fso on Nl server

s201,s246,s206,s216,s217,s210,s204,s175 and many other servers r giving very slow speed

Please check and fix this issue I m facing this issue for last 2 days.
 
Hi,
the main site and the entire affilate side of the site is loading very slow
for me at the moment are there any issues?

i tried ping test:

I know why their files get deleted fast, they leech and dont even bother to change the md5 and whatnots, so when the main file gets reported and erased all its copies goes the same way xD
