I am sure that IT doesn't sleep and they are fully on it to solve the issue.
Since this is new issue, never happened before, they need to make investigation WHY it happens, and doing that can take lot more time than fixing it.

You need to use credits to unlock to see what rewards are available? Why not list out the available awards for people to see? Like.. I just unlocked promos but I want to see the available vouchers but I have to use my credits again just to see it...

Just a suggestion..
 
why boxes are hidden ???? is it a store or magic box game ?

1 day promo (15% increase) ?? 1 day increase is 25000 credits ????? OMG ...

25000 credits = 25 premium accout sales , and reward is for 1 day only .... funny
