When we will get this. Because you can set only 1GB and if you upload a 1025 MB file then it is greater than 1GB an free user can't download this file and we didn't get 35$ for 1000 downloads.

yeah, marketing strategy there. I don't think they will answer it.

anyway, it's a good move by Filesonic to implement this maximum file sized for free user up to 1GB.

Hish, please don't avoid answering the question. The problem has been explained very descriptively with screenshots by multiple users. All of them, on the download page of their files, are getting a common referral link which does not belong to any of them. I am pretty sure if other users also check this out most of them would find that referral link there. It amounts to cheating your loyal users and supporters. The file being downloaded is theirs but if the downloader opts to signup then the credit would go to someone else.
Please, clarify this urgently. It is affecting your credibility.

We do pay for premium downloads (1 download per unique IP per day) ...
On the other hand, now you can benefit more by this move.. You now earn up to $30 for 401-1024MB for free users too! We had to add another bracket over it, since we DO pay for Premium downloads... So whoever is saying this is a marketing scheme here, I respect that, but its not the case with us

Ofcourse it is a marketing scheme. If you get any user who is as dumb to choose PPD with 1025+MB files, your download : premium sales ratio is huge, and you barely pay out anything cause it's not like you got millions of premium members that will download all your files

So this means that if someone clicks the link from my file and signs up for filesonic he will not be my referral

This is filesonic's referral link that tells people that they can make money by uploading their files! It is Filesonic's page and this is why we put our own link their.

This is a test now... If it does good, in the future we will give our partners the ability to customize it with their ref link using their PlaySonic points... So it will be one of the rewards
