why is that like this ?

Thats because Filesonic and Netload are located in EU while fileserve is located in the US

So basically I just got this email verification on my mail account (as you can see)

You need to check if the intruder has blocked your email from getting emails from us. I.e. blacklisted it since there's no issue in us sending emails to gmails.

Not worried about money, because despite the lack of counts, are still growing.=)
Knowledge of the number of downloads can be useful, especially when you start posting links in a new place, and want to know if you'll find a sufficient number of downloads, and the download count is probably the best verifier.

Besides it's not a big problem.

payouts are sent every wednesday. Make sure that you transfer your $$$ to earnings account on sunday and press the payout button on monday
