@ tre2k3: I hope you don't think we have some monkey sitting there cutting downloads to discourage users. Fact is that their connection may just be shabby - In fact I don't see anything out of the order on our side. I've never tried a connection breaking, but that's probably because I'm testing as a Premium. Max speed :)

@ crkvice: I'll take this up with the CS people tmr to make sure they do not commit same mistake in answering others.
And $$$ will be there when it gets changed and goes into next week's payment cycle (we retry payments that do not go through)
 
I cant upload via FTP :S :S
When uploading is going on it reconnects in between everytime :S
Then it shows file is uploaded but when I check in FS acc it is not present there :| :|
Any solution for this?

ricky , i found who changed the pass , he is an idiot from warez-bb.org , with the username sahil_n15 , he changed my email address , pass , payment information etc . i add necessary information , please do any legal moves for him , because he is a thief for fileserve account without permisson

sort of a silly thing here...well I wanted to buy a code for 1 month premium but I have to have $10 in my "earnings account" I have made over $10 but I can't put less than 20$ in that "earnings account" Kinda silly.....

imo should be able to transfer as much money as we want to the "earnings account" but only click payout if it's over $20.
 
Why hack. Just earn money like the rest of us. I had someone to hack me and he posts here but I didnt expose him like above. Ricky was very helpful in getting my account back
 
Upload to FS its fucked
Cant upload to FS via any method.

When i want to upload via Site(form) i get this mesage:
Your Storage is Full
To continue using the upload function, please delete some of your files or Upgrade to Premium to Enjoy Unlimited Storage.

Im a premium user, so no storage limit
Please FIX this ASAP
