Stats aren't frozen, are just low ..
Maybe users have problems again using some download managers to grab files

Is anyone able to sborg with FS today - seems like can't connect to fs servers.

Have also noticed stats going downhill this week when traffic etc still stable or up even. Wondering if people having problems d/l with fs currently?

I honestly don't know why I continue using Fileserve exclusively in threads exceeding a total of 2 mil views. Soon I'll wipe everything and be done with it, everything is becoming unacceptable and each time the same problems are back again and again.

There is a problems with downloading, users can't complete downloads...

I have to say that I am really pleasant surprised with the fast reaction from FileServes team when somebody stole my account there. Management were constantly in contact with me by e-mail until I returned my account, so I give a big positive vote for FILESERVE.
At the same time a big negative vote goes for FileSonic, I even had Premium account there and the same happened with their account at the same time and I wrote a lot to them but they even didn't find the time to answer my e-mail, that really surprised me a lot, because I liked FileSonic the most.
So to conclude, FILESERVE is fantastic and really cares about users.
Keep up good work !!!!!
