hi ricky i have problem with some files, for example a file from 2gb (and in the filemanager the size is 2gb), but if you download the file this only size 32kb


this are happened to my with some files, is this normal?

i send you a mp with an example file.

my downloads not resuming once i restart my system

RickyFS please help whats the problem, i got almost 7files after downloading all links 50%+

previously i faced same problem but i thought link dead, but this time i checked because of 7files failed,
links are working fine but i got landing-404.html

but the way i am using IDM

sir ricky i don't see my money transfered into paypal.. but fileserve already approved the payment why is that? :(

@ AppleS: IDM caches the download if they fail and mark them as failed permanently. If you try to get them with a browser they will work. Similarly, if you use FileServe Manager you can get the downloads since FSM rechecks all links everytime upon starting the download

Please notice the black frame, two 160mb files are downloaded for about 8000 times since Apr 3rd, but only 3685 times totally in account static page.

FileServe, please explain why

@ all: Tomorrow new feature will come:

-EXPORT OF FILES OF A WHOLE FOLDER. NO LONGER NEED TO CLICK EACH FILE, BUT EXPORT A WHOLE FOLDER IS NOW AVAILABLE FROM TOMORROW ONWARDS!
 
RickyFS, I would like to know if is there any problem with Download & Ref. Earnings ?

I have all my total earning 0.00$ and when I go to Details it ask me for my Alertpay email, to affliate to my account. But this afternoon I had more than 130$ in my account, and now when I open my account it look like this. X-(
